1. Line a plate with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Add all truffle ingredient to a bowl and mix until well-combined. Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball. Place onto the prepared plate and repeat until all mixture has been used.
3. Roll the balls into the desired garnishes and refrigerate in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for up to 2 months.
