We source most of our ingredients from the Mediterranean region. They are organic, kosher certified, and ethically processed.

While Sesame is not listed on the FDA's allergen list, if you are allergic to sesame you cannot consume our products. Approximately 90% of food allergy reactions occur to one of the eight common foods in the US, called the “big 8”: Milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacean shellfish, wheat, and soy. Our products do not contain any of these ingredients.

Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds. It is a staple of the Mediterranean diet. Our organic tahini is stone ground, which makes it creamy and smooth. We chose tahini as one of our base ingredients due to its nutritional value; it is rich in protein and fiber, and is a good source of copper and selenium, a mineral that decreases inflammation and promotes immune health.

Our ingredients are Kosher certified. We are currently in the process of obtaining our kosher certificate. Upon receiving it, we will add the kosher symbol to our packaging.

Our Mediterranean snacks do not contain any animal products, or alcohol. However, they are not Halal certified as of yet.

Our products are shelf stable and are best consumed within one year from production date.

Keep them in a cool dry place. They do not require refrigeration.
