  • 4 medium quinces
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cooked freekeh or another grain of choice
  • 1/3 cup lightly toasted almonds, chopped
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Ras el hanout spice mix
  • 1 tablespoon Tulia Apple Cinnamon Supersnack
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/2 cup plain unsweetened non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Mama Tulia Apple Cinnamon Spread
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt
