1. Add all couscous ingredients to a bowl and toss well. Transfer to a serving platter.
2. Whisk the Tulia Apple Cinnamon Snack with the cardamom, olive oil and orange juice and zest. If too thick, add some water to get the desired consistency.
3. Drizzle the couscous with the chocolate sauce and serve. Will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
