Preparation:
1. Divide the orange segments among 4 small bowls and set aside.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine the orange juice, cloves, allspice, star anise, cinnamon stick and cardamom and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover with a lid, reduce to heat to low and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and remove the spices with a slotted spoon.
3. Add the Tulia Mighty Date Supersnack and lemon zest and bring to a boil, stirring until dissolved.
4. Mix the cornstarch with a few a few tablespoons cold water and stir into the mixture; cook for 1 minute or until thickened.
5. Pour the hot mixture over the orange segments, dividing equally. Let cool to a room temperature and refrigerate for 1 -2 hours before serving.
6. Sprinkle the chilled oranges with pistachios, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and enjoy!
