1. Coarsely grind all Dukkah ingredients, season to taste, and set aside.
2. Whisk all dressing ingredients, adding a splash of water in needed to get a right consistency. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
3. Lightly toss together all salad ingredients in a serving bowl and drizzle with some of the dressing. Serve with extra Dukkah and dressing on the side.
