1. Cook the fava beans in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool completely. 2. If desired, reserve a few whole fava beans for garnishing and place the rest in a food processor along with 3 tablespoons olive oil and the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, and process to the desired consistency. 3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil; garnish and serve. Enjoy!
