1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until well combined. The mixture should hold its shape (if needed, add another tablespoon of coconut flour).
2. Press onto an 8-inch square dish, smoothing the top with a spatula, and place in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Cut into 16 squares and refrigerate or freeze until firm. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
