Ingredients:

Smoothie
  • 2 1/2 cups unsweetened plant milk of choice (more as needed)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup millet, cooked according to package directions
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup instant oats
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Tulia Mighty Date Supersnack
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Ice, to taste
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon tahini, mixed with 2 tablespoons plant milk 
  • 2 tablespoons each sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
  • A handful of each fresh blueberries and raspberries (optional)
  • A few basil leaves (optional)
