  • 1 green apple, cored
  • 1 tablespoon Tahini

  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder (or 1 scoop of super green powder)
  • 1 bunch watercress or 1 packed cup baby spinach
  • 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, diced
  • 1 small lime, chopped (optional)
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (more as needed)
  • Ice cubes, to taste
  • A few fresh mint leaves, to garnish
